As a general guideline, often the best way to get your concerns addressed quickly and directly is to reach out to your direct manager, Human Resources or Legal & Compliance.

However, if you don’t feel comfortable using these reporting channels or prefer to be anonymous, you can use the CNH Compliance Helpline service, which is hosted by a third-party provider, EthicsPoint. This communication channel is available to receive confidential reports from anyone within or outside the Company.

Retaliation of any type against a person who, in good faith, brings forward a concern will not be tolerated.

For our code to be effective, it must be enforced. This means that anyone involved with CNH has the responsibility to report suspected violations when they see them.

There are multiple channels available to report potential Code violations, including our Compliance Helpline which provides the ability to submit a question or report anonymously. Reports will be acted upon swiftly and appropriately, while protecting confidentiality to the fullest extent possible and safeguarding against retaliation.
